I am a certified Reiki practitioner and metaphysical counsellor, offering holistic accompaniment to those seeking emotional clarity, energetic balance and personal transformation. My sessions are based on a meditative approach integrating many techniques learned during years of personal development courses, retreats and mentoring. My focus is on releasing energy blockages, regulating the body and restoring harmony between body and mind.

 

My path in the therapeutic world is marked by a deep connection with the body and emotions. We somatise our emotions in the body. Through metaphysical counselling, I guide those who seek me out in identifying and transforming limiting beliefs and repetitive emotional patterns.

 

My approach is intuitive, rooted and heart-centred, providing a safe and welcoming space for each person to explore their inner world and reconnect with their own healing process.

 

As part of her journey, I have had direct contact with indigenous peoples in the Amazon, deepening my understanding of phytotherapy and my connection with ancestral practices. I integrate this wisdom into my therapy to help my clients create balance between body, mind and spirit.
